Who you book with
HamamTicket Istanbul is operated by Empire Concierge LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Reservations are kept by our booking office, Couple Hamam Istanbul, and online tickets are for our partner hamam about 4 minutes on foot from Hagia Sophia. The exact address and walking directions come on WhatsApp with your confirmation.
Prices and payment
Online tickets are for two people: Traditional Together, 60 minutes, €98 for two; Romance VIP Ritual, 90 minutes, €150 for two; Sultan’s Luxury, 120 minutes, €198 for two. Nothing is paid on this website: no deposit and no card details. You pay the price shown at the hamam on the day, in cash or by card.
For one person, three or more people or a family, our concierge confirms the time and the price on WhatsApp before anything is booked. Extras such as a dinner, a Bosphorus cruise or an airport transfer are quoted on WhatsApp before you agree to them.
Confirmation
Your reference appears on screen as soon as you book, and we confirm on WhatsApp with the exact address. A time that starts within 3 hours is confirmed with the hamam first, and we write to you on WhatsApp. Please arrive 15 minutes early.
Hotel pickup
Pickup and return are free for hotels in Sultanahmet and the Old City: tick the pickup when you book and add your hotel name, and your driver’s details arrive on WhatsApp. For hotels elsewhere in Istanbul, ask us on WhatsApp first.
Changes and cancellations
To change the time, write to us on WhatsApp with your reference and we find you another one. As nothing is paid in advance, there is nothing to refund. If you cannot come, please tell us as early as you can so we can release your time.
Children and health
Children aged 6 and over are welcome with their parents. A hamam is hot and humid: if you are pregnant, or have a heart, blood pressure or skin condition, ask your doctor first and mention it in your booking note.
Your details
How we use the details you give when you book is explained in our privacy notice.
