Our mission
Booking a hamam should be as clear as booking a table.
We want every visitor to know three things before they go: what the ritual includes, when it starts, and what it costs in total.
Hamam prices in Istanbul can be hard to compare, and the final amount is not always clear until the end. HamamTicket puts it all in writing up front. The price on your booking is the total for two, it is the amount you pay at the hamam, and your reference is on your screen the moment you book.

The hamam

Online tickets are for our partner hamam about 4 minutes on foot from Hagia Sophia, with a heated marble stone, a sauna, a massage room for two and a lounge for tea afterwards. The exact address and walking directions come on WhatsApp with your confirmation. Other hamams on our map are booked through our team on WhatsApp.
Every hamam we work with agrees to the same standards for our guests:
- The ritual you booked, for the full time it lists.
- Peştemal wraps, towels, slippers, shampoo and soap provided, with lockers and hair dryers.
- A female therapist whenever you ask for one.
- The price on your booking, with nothing added at the desk.
- A firm scrub that is never painful: ask for a lighter touch at any time.
Our privacy promise
Your phone number and email stay with us. The hamam receives only what it needs to welcome you: your first name, the number of guests, the ritual, the day and time and, if you asked for one, the pickup details. We never ask for card details, we do not send marketing, and we do not sell your details. Read our privacy notice.
Who we are
The company behind HamamTicket.
HamamTicket Istanbul is operated by Empire Concierge LLC, which runs this website and is responsible for your booking. Reservations are kept by our booking office, Couple Hamam Istanbul, also run by Empire Concierge, so a confirmation email comes from book@couplehamam.com.
We sell tickets online and confirm them on WhatsApp; our partner hamams in the Old City host the rituals. There is no HamamTicket ticket desk to visit: your booking goes straight to the hamam.
